Workspace and account

Profile and workspace settings

Update how you appear in Limin, choose a theme and manage workspace identity.

Last updated July 28, 2026

Update your profile

Open Settings → Your account → Profile. You can change:

  • Your alias or display name.
  • Your full name.
  • Your profile picture.

Your alias and picture help teammates recognise you on issues and comments. Profile pictures must be JPEG, PNG or WebP files under 5 MB.

Your email address is shown in account settings but is not edited through the profile form.

Your full name is optional and only used for administration purposes.

Choose a theme

Under Theme, choose your preferred option between Light, Dark or System. The System option follows the colour preference of your device.

The choice is stored for the current device, so another browser may use a different theme.

Update the workspace identity

Workspace owners can open Settings → Workspace and edit the workspace name. The change appears throughout the application for every member.

The workspace name is separate from its URL identifier. Renaming it does not break existing issue links.

Owners can add or replace the workspace image from the same settings page. The image appears beside the workspace name in the application sidebar.

Workspace images follow the same constraints as profile pictures.

Manage personal account access

The Account access section contains logout and account deletion controls.

Members can permanently delete their own account. Their assigned issues are unassigned and the action cannot be reversed. Workspace owners must delete the workspace instead of deleting only their owner account.

Read Sign-in, account access and deletion before performing a deletion.
