Issue history

Review the important changes that occurred on an issue.

Last updated September 18, 2026

Read an issue’s history

Open an issue and scroll to History to see its changes in chronological order. As for all work-related data across Limin, the timeline updates live, so you do not need to refresh when a teammate makes a change.

Each entry shows what happened, when it happened and, where applicable, the person or automation responsible. Related issue tags identify the issue involved and can be opened for more context.

Changes included in history

History records:

  • Issue creation.
  • Status changes, including moves backward and reopened issues.
  • Priority changes.
  • Assignee changes.
  • Blocking relationships.
  • An issue becoming unblocked after all its blockers are completed.
  • Issue archiving.

History does not include edits to titles, descriptions, resolution notes, labels or comments.

Keep the timeline as context

History entries cannot be added, edited or removed directly. They keep the names and issue details recorded at the time of the change, helping older entries remain understandable when your workspace evolves.
